  • Should food and drink items be tackled first?
  • How can individual consumers play a role in tackling single use plastic? 

 

I would like to see this happening fast. There has been talk about a bottle deposit scheme for years and nothing happened so far. Time is running out. Less talk more action please! Also wet wipes need to be banned. All Scottish beaches are covered in them!

On regular litterpicks, single use plastics comprise the bulk of what I pick up. They make up most of the rubbish from my household. It is out of control.

The banning of wet wipes should be included in the priority list.

Please add wet wipes to the list as they block the sewers. No need for them !
