14 May 2013: The Committee took evidence from David Milne and Councillor Paul Johnston, Aberdeenshire Council. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government, Aberdeenshire Council, Scottish Natural Heritage, Marine Scotland, Police Scotland and Scottish Enterprise. 3 September 2013: The Committee agreed to close the petition, under Rule 15.7, on the basis that all of the organisations that responded state that they have made, and continue to make, details of their involvement with the Menie Development public, and that there is little to demonstrate that another inquiry is necessary or justified.
