Summary

26 August 2020: The Committee agreed to write to the Equality and Human Rights Commission and The Highland Council. Link to the Official Report of the Meeting 26 August 2020

16 December 2020: The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the basis that it appears that The Highland Council has followed all due processes for the Uig port redevelopment regarding access for those with disabilities and will continue to consult on this issue when it is appropriate to do so regarding the Covid pandemic.
