I understand body cameras for all other emergency services have been shown to be a deterrent of crime. I would like to see body cameras provided for NHS frontline staff, to deter those staff from being verbally and physically abused. It would give assurance for paramedics and could also deter the staff from potentially abusing the position of trust they are in.
