Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012 [draft] call for evidence

The Committee issued its call for views on the Regulations on 20 March 2012.  The deadline for written submissions is Wednesday 11 April 2012.

The following information is provided for your assistance in preparing your submission:-

How to respond

• please limit your written response to no more than 3 sides of A4
• the written response should be provided electronically in MS Word format (please note, there is no need to provide a confirmatory hard copy) to racce.committee@scottish.parliament.uk
• written submissions will be made public on the Committee’s webpage.  If you do not wish your response to be made public, please contact me to discuss (you may wish to refer to the Parliament’s policy on handling information received in response to calls for evidence).
