Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to release funding for and establish passenger rail platforms at: Crossford; Cairneyhill; Torryburn; Valleyfield; Culross and Kincardine; thereby linking Stirling to the Fife Circle.

24 November 2015: The Committee took evidence from Martin Keatings, and Lewis Akers, Member, Scottish Youth Parliament. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government, Network Rail, ScotRail, the South East Scotland Transport Partnership, Fife Council, Clackmannanshire Council and Stirling Council.
