I contacted my local MSP, Christian Allard, during the recent consideration of the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Bill to attempt to have my issue addressed through this process. Unfortunately my specific concerns were not addressed in the Bill as passed or, I feel, properly understood. With that result I am now taking forward this petition which was held back pending the outcome of the Bill.
